Welcome back to another edition of YPP. I bet this resonates with you:

You've become so used to speaking in someone else's language, achieving someone else's goals, that you've forgotten how to visualize, refine, and articulate your own brilliant idea. You don't know what your own voice is.

Yeah, that was me too.

When I resigned from Spotify to build this business, every day felt like an existential crisis. I’m a master communicator, and yet—when people asked me what I did, I couldn’t tell them. I’d lean on my resume, the high-profile jobs, and the calibre of people I’d worked with.

I never embraced my own evolution or vision. That felt uncertain, unsure.

That was MY narrative gap. And that stopped me from doing the work I did so well: helping others close theirs until I’d closed mine.

I realized: I, a master communicator, was tongue-tied. I was using the past tense, talking about what I had done, rather than what I was doing and building.

Tired of stuttering my way out of partnerships and opportunities, I learned to let go of my professional security blanket. I started to embrace what I wanted to do: Guide brilliant people to own their idea, stop second-guessing themselves, and create dope content.

That was the first, most crucial step toward closing my own narrative gap.

Stop Clinging onto Your Title. Start Telling Your Story.

You can’t pitch your brilliant idea without defining the foundational story of your shift.

My program, "Close Your Narrative Gap," can help you develop the infrastructure to tell the story of your lived experience and use it to shape your creative and leadership strategy. This isn't about professional polish; it’s about clarity. It's designed to help you:

  • Define Your Narrative: Move beyond the old job title and articulate a clear, compelling story for your new life and business.

  • Find Your Power: Understand your journey as a source of strength and experience.

  • Create Authentically: Explore and fully own your voice in a focused, safe space.

You’ve already done the hard work—now it’s time to define it, own it, and be uncompromisingly clear about your next chapter.

The key to your success is not what you’re building, but how you talk about the powerful, difficult, and essential work you’ve done to get here.

Ready to claim your clarity?

Enroll in the inaugural cohort of Close Your Narrative Gap, starting March 16.

“Close Your Narrative Gap” is an intentionally sized three-week hybrid program where I’ll guide you to find your narrative direction, identify topics to create content around, and create your narrative blueprint, so you can talk to the world about what you do with the clarity, consistency, and confidence you’ve been looking for.

The program starts on March 16. For $99 (limited time early bird pricing), you’ll get six prompts to work on in your time, and support through three 60-minute small group calls on the following days:

March 16

March 20

April 6.

All calls take place at 10am PT / 1PM ET.

If you can’t make the meetings, don’t worry — each session will be recorded. You’ll have access to the recordings until April 20, 2026.

See you there.
